| In the unlikely event your product has been damaged in shipping or is defective in some way, please phone us at 603-560-3360 to make us aware of the problem. After talking with you, our staff may be able to diagnose and correct the problem immediately. If not and we determine that a refund or exchange is needed we will issue a Return Authorization Number so that you may return the merchandise.
The full purchase price less shipping and handling with be refunded to you once product is received back at our facility. No refunds will be issued unless an Return Authorization number has been issued.

Information We Gather/Track We use forms that need to gather information in order to complete the task you set out to do. Requesting further information or completing a purchase, for example.
We also keep track of the time that you spend on the system and the pages that are viewed. At no time is any information of a personal nature (like your e-mail address) captured without your consent. We also log IP addresses for system administration purposes.
Sharing the Information When you purchase products from us that requires delivery, your credit card infomation is securely provided to our financial institution and your name and address is provided to the carrier. Other than that, absolutely NO information is shared by us with ANYONE! We do not sell, rent or trade your information.
